Shipping Policy
Processing times:
As our marshmallows are made to order, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. Shipping can then take 2-3 business days after that.
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but during holidays and very busy periods, please allow us up to 5-7 business days to make your items. We want to ensure your marshmallows are fresh, soft and fluffy when they arrive.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground or FEDEX ground unless otherwise requested by the shipper.

Shipping in warmer weather:
We are located in Austin TX. That means in warmer months, which can include everything from March through November, it can be hot. We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, we cannot control the weather. If the temperature in Austin is over 78 degrees, we will ship your order with a cold pack and insulated bubble wrap. If the temperature in Austin is over 85, your order will automatically be upgraded to include a cold shipping kit at a charge of $15. We will also contact you to discuss shipping options. If the temperature is above 90, we encourage you to ship overnight. If the customer chooses not to follow this advice, we will ship through your preferred method, but we will not be responsible if product arrives melted.
How do we ship?
We ship with ice packs & insulated bubble wrap and/or other insulation materials to help with keeping your marshmallows cool for the trip.
Customer’s Responsibility
It is the customers' responsibility to enter accurate and complete address details at checkout to desired delivery location. Murphy’s Mellows is not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees required due to any changes in delivery from the original destination or delivery method selected at checkout.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to resend orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses or recipients not receiving or picking up their orders when held at the couriers' pickup facilities.
Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page. Prices are displayed in USD $.
As stated above, if the temperature is above 78, the customer is responsible for the cost of the upgraded cold pack shipping.
As stated above, if the temperature is above 85, the customer is encouraged to upgrade shipping to 2 day shipping. Customer will be responsible for melting if they choose not to upgrade shipping.
As stated above, if the temperature is above 90 and customer chooses not to upgrade to overnight shipping, the customer will be responsible for any melting that occurs.
